Eternal Color Art Show Feb 1
The Eternal Color opening was a smashing success, thanks to all who so generously gave of their talents! The Inspire Duo performed music, The Regional and Coco Delicious provided treats, Claire Lindwall of Bolt Gallery helped with multiple aspects of the show’s installation, and Christa Tippmann Photography captured so many beautiful moments from the evening. I want to personally thank the many many people who made this show a reality. I could not have done it without you.
The art show combined art, music, and literature to create a multi-dimensional experience. The twelve paintings in the Eternal Color series and over twenty of my color studies were on display at Bolt Gallery, as well as the poems that I composed for each portrait.
We had the pleasure of hearing the Inspire Duo perform musical interpretations of the artwork. Christen Stephens and Craig Woodward of Denver performed improvisational interpretations on flute and piano for each portrait. The Regional restaurant and Coco Delicious of Fort Collins graciously provided refreshments.
